Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel neural network architectures and optimization techniques.
- Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure model fairness, transparency, and robustness in accordance with industry ethical standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the AI division.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in Python and major deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-availability architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
