Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of next-generation AI systems and machine learning pipelines focused on the 2026 roadmap.
- R&D Strategy: Spearhead research initiatives in Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to drive product innovation.
- System Optimization: Enhance model performance, reduce latency, and optimize resource utilization for high-volume deployments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps.
- MLOps Implementation: Establish robust CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems to ensure model reliability and governance.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (equivalent experience accepted).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of transformer architectures and LLM fine-tuning.
- Cloud Proficiency: Proven experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with scalable technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
