Role Overview:
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering. You will architect the core infrastructure for Large Language Models (LLMs), computer vision systems, and autonomous agents designed to operate in complex, dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure and pipelines to support 2026-era AI workloads.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel neural network architectures and optimization techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure model interpretability, fairness, and robustness in high-stakes applications.
- Optimize inference latency and reduce computational costs for real-time AI deployments.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade models serving millions of requests daily.
- Experience with Reinforcement Learning, Multi-Agent Systems, or Generative AI is highly preferred.
