Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep neural networks for production environments.
- Lead the architecture of end-to-end data pipelines, from data ingestion to model serving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure model fairness, transparency, and robustness in compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and NLP.
- Deep understanding of distributed computing systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying AI models that have significant business impact.
