Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced ML Solutions: Design, deploy, and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure using cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and proprietary algorithms to enhance accuracy, latency, and efficiency for production environments.
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps for the 2026 fiscal year.
- R&D Leadership: Lead internal research initiatives exploring emerging trends such as Quantum Computing integration and Edge AI deployment.
- Code Excellence: Mentor junior engineers, establish coding standards, and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure maintainability and security.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement real-time monitoring and observability tools to track model performance and data drift, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Cloud Experience: Proven track record of deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using services like SageMaker or Vertex AI.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated history of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Years of Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning roles.
