Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines using Python and modern frameworks.
- Research, train, and fine-tune large-scale foundation models to improve accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Optimize inference latency and computational efficiency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate technical requirements into AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis of deployed models.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Deep Learning architectures, and Transformers.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI products.
