Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models using Python and PyTorch.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel algorithms for Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production-grade applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure model scalability, robustness, and ethical compliance in all AI deployments.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and optimization to reduce inference latency.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages, specifically Python and C++.
- Experience with MLOps tools, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization technologies.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
