Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models, including LLMs and NLP solutions.
- Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines for training efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Translate business requirements into technical machine learning solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on AI advancements relevant to 2026.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data science.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with MLOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow.
- Strong understanding of statistics, linear algebra, and algorithms.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
