- Optimize model performance and reduce inference latency for real-time data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring reproducibility and governance of AI models.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring emerging AI trends and integrating cutting-edge technologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in designing and implementing large-scale machine learning systems.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern data science libraries.
- Deep understanding of distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of shipping production-level AI products.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
