Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define AI roadmaps for 2026 and beyond.
- Optimize existing algorithms for high performance and low latency in production environments.
- Conduct research to identify new AI technologies and methodologies.
- Ensure model transparency, fairness, and ethical compliance in all AI implementations.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Data Science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
