Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure standards targeting production readiness for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead the research and development of novel AI models, focusing on LLMs, NLP, and Computer Vision to solve complex business problems.
- Strategic Guidance: Collaborate with executive leadership to define the long-term AI roadmap and translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and mentorship.
- Optimization: Oversee the optimization of existing systems for performance, latency, and cost-efficiency, ensuring scalable growth.
- Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, ethical AI, and model deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI Expertise: Strong background in Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- System Design: Proven ability to design large-scale, distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
