Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Design, build, and maintain large-scale distributed systems optimized for AI workloads, ensuring 99.99% uptime.
- Future Roadmap: Lead the architectural planning for 2026 technology integrations, including quantum-ready edge computing layers.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze system performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to reduce latency and improve throughput.
- Cloud Strategy: Manage cloud infrastructure strategy (AWS/GCP) and ensure cost-efficiency at scale.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and ML engineers to translate research into production-ready, scalable services.
- Security: Enforce enterprise-grade security protocols and compliance standards across all infrastructure layers.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML infrastructure or high-scale distributed systems.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep understanding of system design patterns.
- Tools: Extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-tiered systems under high load.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
