Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Pipelines: Design and implement robust cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker) to support large-scale machine learning model training and inference.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, reducing latency and maximizing resource utilization for AI workloads.
- Future-Proof Architecture: Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum computing, Neuromorphic hardware) and integrate them into our long-term strategic roadmap.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce strict security protocols and data governance standards to ensure the integrity and privacy of our proprietary data models.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate complex technical requirements into practical infrastructure solutions.
- Cost Management: Implement strategies to minimize cloud infrastructure costs while maintaining high availability and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Backend Engineering, or Systems Architecture with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems issues under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
