Responsibilities
- Design & Build: Architect and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure using cloud-native technologies and containerization strategies.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, reducing latency and improving throughput for real-time AI inference.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and ML researchers to translate complex models into production-ready, high-performance software.
- Security: Implement rigorous security protocols and best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Automation: Drive the automation of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure provisioning to accelerate development cycles.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in backend engineering or systems architecture, with a strong focus on high-scale distributed systems.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep understanding of asynchronous programming and concurrency.
- Cloud: Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI/ML: Solid understanding of machine learning lifecycle, MLOps, and experience integrating AI models into production environments.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.
