Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure capable of handling next-gen AI workloads and predictive analytics.
- AI Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools into core business applications.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior developers and data scientists in best practices for modern software engineering.
- Future-Proofing: Conduct research and prototyping for emerging technologies expected to mature by 2026.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all infrastructure adheres to strict data privacy regulations and security standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and infrastructure architecture.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and generative AI models.
- Cloud Mastery: Proficiency in AWS, GCP, or Azure with a focus on serverless and containerized environments (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
