Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement high-performance distributed computing infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale AI workloads.
- AI Model Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of deploying and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) on cloud and edge environments.
- Infrastructure Automation: Build robust CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Kubernetes to ensure rapid, reliable deployment cycles.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with global regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement solutions to reduce latency and maximize computational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI infrastructure and cloud architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and RESTful API design.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record designing solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- System Design: Strong understanding of microservices, containerization (Docker/K8s), and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
