Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Workloads: Design and implement fault-tolerant, high-performance infrastructure for large-scale machine learning models and agentic AI agents.
- Lead Infrastructure Migration: Spearhead the transition to next-generation edge computing networks, ensuring low-latency data processing across distributed systems.
- Optimize for Sustainability: Implement energy-efficient data center strategies and green coding practices to reduce the carbon footprint of our computational infrastructure.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee the integration of advanced security protocols, ensuring end-to-end encryption and adherence to global regulatory standards.
- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap for 2026, evaluating emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing and quantum-ready architectures.
- Collaborate with ML Teams: Work closely with data scientists and AI researchers to translate theoretical models into production-ready, scalable software.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in backend engineering, system architecture, or DevOps, with a specific focus on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, Golang, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is required.
- AI Expertise: Strong understanding of model serving frameworks (TorchServe, TensorFlow Serving) and experience with MLOps tools.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems and optimize performance under high load.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
