Responsibilities
- Design and deploy highly scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure for large-scale AI models.
- Optimize deep learning training pipelines to reduce latency and improve throughput.
- Implement and maintain Kubernetes clusters and serverless architectures for dynamic workloads.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate research into production-ready code.
- Establish best practices for CI/CD, monitoring, and observability in AI environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on machine learning infrastructure.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of GPU clusters, cloud providers (AWS/GCP), and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
