We are seeking a visionary Senior AI & Future Tech Strategist to lead our innovation division. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level corporate vision and cutting-edge technical implementation. You will work closely with R&D, product, and executive leadership to ensure our technology stack remains ahead of the curve, specifically focusing on Generative AI, autonomous systems, and next-gen automation.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive, data-driven strategy for technological advancement that aligns with business goals and market demands.
- Lead AI Integration Initiatives: Spearhead the adoption and integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into core business processes.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech trends, identifying disruptive technologies that could provide a competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for major digital transformation projects.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with external tech vendors, universities, and research labs to foster innovation and talent acquisition.
- Resource Allocation: Direct the allocation of budget and personnel toward high-impact projects that drive long-term value.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a related technical leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think long-term (5-10 year horizon) and translate abstract concepts into concrete execution plans.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
