Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum-ready architecture, Advanced Biometrics) that will drive our business forward.
- Lead AI Transformation Initiatives: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of AI solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with emerging regulations.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design system architectures capable of handling exponential data growth and complex user behaviors expected in the coming years.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex tech trends into actionable business strategies.
- Vendor & Tech Stack Management: Evaluate and select cutting-edge tools and partners that align with our long-term 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of defining multi-year technology roadmaps.
- AI & Data Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning models, neural networks, and data governance frameworks.
- Technical Acumen: Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), cybersecurity, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
