Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define, prioritize, and manage the strategic technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with company vision and market opportunities.
- Future-Tech R&D: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) to determine their applicability and integration potential.
- Strategic Planning: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to secure buy-in for long-term initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research on industry trends, competitor innovations, and regulatory changes to anticipate future challenges and opportunities.
- Pilot Program Management: Oversee the execution of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for high-impact technologies to de-risk large-scale adoption.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Strategy, Product Management, or Technology Consulting, with a proven track record of leading roadmap planning for major tech releases.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycles, data architecture, and emerging tech stacks. Ability to converse fluently with technical teams.
- Strategic Vision: Exceptional ability to see the big picture, connect disparate data points, and forecast industry shifts up to 3-5 years out.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex strategies to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving initiatives from conception to execution.
