Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the comprehensive AI strategy to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation by 2026.
- Architecture Design: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable machine learning systems and neural networks.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data scientists and AI engineers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for C-suite executives and investors.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI usage, ensuring compliance and mitigating bias in algorithmic models.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitor movements to identify new opportunities for technological disruption.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI research, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to align technical roadmaps with broader business objectives.
