Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic direction of our R&D initiatives, focusing on emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing interfaces, and Neural Networks.
- Tech Roadmap Planning: Create and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and industry trends.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product management, engineering, and executive leadership to ensure technical feasibility and business impact.
- Vendor & Partnership Management: Evaluate and select external technology partners, AI frameworks, and tools to enhance our internal capabilities.
- Thought Leadership: Publish white papers and speak at industry conferences to establish Nexus Future Labs as a market leader in future tech.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee internal incubation projects that test novel concepts before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI strategy, technical consulting, or senior engineering roles.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning architectures, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and predictive analytics.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with ambiguity.
