Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for AI technologies targeting the 2026 timeframe, including generative AI and autonomous systems.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping breakthrough AI models that push the boundaries of current capabilities.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to develop hybrid algorithms that leverage the best of both worlds.
- Identify emerging market trends and technological risks to ensure the company remains a leader in future tech innovation.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences with clarity and precision.
- Oversee the lifecycle of AI product development from concept to deployment in scalable environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with a focus on future tech.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or strategic technology roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps practices.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks or a demonstrated passion for quantum-algorithm research.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
