As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will define the architectural standards for our upcoming suite of products designed for the year 2026.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure AI infrastructure capable of processing real-time neural data streams.
- Lead Strategic Roadmaps: Translate business objectives into technical roadmaps for autonomous agents and spatial computing applications.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, UX designers, and ethical AI compliance officers to ensure holistic product development.
- R&D Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., advanced LLMs, edge computing) into our core architecture.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the tuning of large-scale models to ensure sub-millisecond latency for critical applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
- Future-Tech Focus: Demonstrated interest or experience in emerging technologies such as Spatial Computing, Augmented Reality, or Autonomous Systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
