Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of proprietary AI algorithms and neural networks.
- Oversee the deployment of large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Conduct in-depth research into emerging technologies, including AGI, Quantum AI interfaces, and advanced NLP.
- Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, AI engineers, and researchers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate technical vision into production-ready features.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and ethical AI practices across all projects.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in designing and deploying end-to-end AI systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
