Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap focusing on AGI and advanced automation.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance machine learning systems.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum computing interfaces) into existing stacks.
- Establish best practices for Ethical AI and data governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI concepts into deployable solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Conduct rigorous research and POCs to validate new technologies before implementation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in Deep Learning architectures and LLMs.
- Experience with MLOps and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for future tech.
- Understanding of quantum computing fundamentals is a plus.
