Responsibilities

- Oversee the migration and modernization of legacy systems to ensure long-term viability and performance.
- Define best practices for software development, security protocols, and data governance.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for high-impact technical projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with proven experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with system design patterns, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
