Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic workflows designed for 2026 standards.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating AI deeply into core product ecosystems to drive measurable ROI.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs using advanced quantization and edge computing techniques.
- Establish industry-leading best practices for AI safety, ethics, and compliance in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in specialized AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, with hands-on experience in fine-tuning large models.
- Extensive experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) for scalable deployments.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks for building complex AI agents.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity while delivering high-quality code.
