Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Pipelines: Design, build, and maintain robust machine learning infrastructure capable of supporting enterprise-grade applications.
- Lead Model Training: Spearhead the development and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for specific 2026 strategic goals.
- Optimize Inference: Engineer systems for high-throughput, low-latency AI inference to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Future-Proof Architecture: Collaborate with R&D to integrate emerging hardware accelerators and quantum computing concepts into our software stack.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance to handle growing data volumes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning frameworks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and innovate under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
