Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines designed for the 2026 production environment.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating generative AI models into core enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance under high load and real-time data constraints.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Conduct research and POCs for emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data governance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
