- Architect & Deploy: Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and MLOps pipelines for high-volume production environments.
- AI Strategy: Lead the technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring alignment with the company's 'Vision 2026' strategic goals.
- Model Optimization: Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency using techniques such as quantization and pruning.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, exploring new architectures and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver impactful AI features.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, safety protocols, and bias mitigation standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow).
- Modeling: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning architectures.
- Cloud Expertise: Experience deploying models on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers.
