Responsibilities
- Lead Model Development: Design, train, and deploy complex machine learning models, with a focus on scalability and performance for future-proof applications.
- Architecture Design: Lead the architectural design of our AI infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and fault tolerance.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research into emerging AI paradigms to stay ahead of industry trends and integrate novel techniques into our production environment.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance to ensure low latency and high accuracy in real-time applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade models.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of neural network architectures, transformers, and NLP.
- Tools & Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize data pipelines.
