Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for the Project 2026 framework.
- Optimize deep learning models for inference speed and accuracy on edge devices.
- Collaborate with data scientists to define data requirements and feature engineering strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Ensure model fairness, transparency, and robustness through rigorous testing and validation.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning to integrate breakthroughs.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying AI/ML models.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of MLOps practices, CI/CD, and model versioning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
