Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Pipelines: Design and implement robust, high-throughput data pipelines for training and serving large-scale LLMs and neural networks.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize model performance using techniques such as quantization, pruning, and distillation to reduce latency and cost.
- Infrastructure Management: Leverage containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud-native services (AWS/GCP) to ensure 99.99% system uptime.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI research, experimenting with cutting-edge architectures and methodologies.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Programming: Expert-level proficiency in Python and C++.
- Frameworks: Deep familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud & DevOps: Proven experience deploying models in cloud environments and using CI/CD pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex engineering problems.
