Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art transformer models (e.g., GPT, Llama) using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Architect robust MLOps pipelines for model training, evaluation, and high-availability deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to integrate AI capabilities into seamless user experiences.
- Research and implement novel Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to enhance model accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI guidelines and mitigate model bias.
- Optimize inference latency and resource utilization for large-scale deployments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL.
- Extensive experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI models.
