Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Optimize inference pipelines and reduce latency for real-time AI applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Conduct research and experiments to improve model accuracy and robustness.
- Lead architectural discussions regarding scalability, security, and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
