Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of proprietary machine learning algorithms and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate AI capabilities into real-world consumer products.
- Optimize existing models for high performance, scalability, and low latency in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends in generative AI and deep learning.
- Define best practices for data pipeline management and model deployment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures and natural language processing (NLP).
- Experience deploying models to production environments using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
