Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures specifically for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead the architecture and development of high-performance backend services using Python and C++.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and best practices.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency to support our growing user base.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends to integrate cutting-edge advancements into the 2026 platform.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade machine learning applications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
