Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures for our flagship 2026 platform.
- Model Optimization: Continuously optimize existing models for performance, latency, and accuracy using advanced optimization techniques.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI research, experiment with novel algorithms, and translate academic breakthroughs into production-ready code.
- Production Deployment: Collaborate with DevOps and backend teams to deploy models to cloud environments (AWS/GCP) ensuring high availability and security.
- Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the squad.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Experience with distributed computing (Spark) is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to deconstruct complex problems and derive elegant, scalable engineering solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
