Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of advanced Machine Learning models, specifically targeting 2026 scalability standards.
- Architect robust, fault-tolerant data pipelines to train and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) on proprietary datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and researchers to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric features.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field; PhD is a plus.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning, with a strong focus on AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience working with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama, Claude) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
