Your Mission
You will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying cutting-edge neural networks that power our next-generation products. If you are passionate about ethical AI, scalable infrastructure, and solving complex problems with code, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Machine Learning pipelines and infrastructure for training large-scale models.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready features.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy for deployment in edge and cloud environments.
- Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging technologies and methodologies relevant to the 2026 AI landscape.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a strong portfolio of published research or deployed models.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with LLMs, Hugging Face, and fine-tuning strategies (PEFT, LoRA).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
