Responsibilities
Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models and data pipelines for high-traffic production environments.Lead the research and implementation of next-gen LLM fine-tuning strategies and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.Optimize model inference latency and resource efficiency using edge computing and model quantization techniques.Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, backend engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Ensure ethical AI practices, data governance compliance, and robust error handling in AI systems.Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science with a focus on NLP.Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.Proven track record of deploying AI models to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using Kubernetes and Docker.Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, transformer models, and generative adversarial networks (GANs).Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
