Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures tailored for the 2026 compute landscape.
- Lead the development of advanced NLP models, including fine-tuning, instruction tuning, and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
- Optimize model inference for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to define AI product requirements.
- Establish and enforce MLOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and version control.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge techniques in prompt engineering and context window management.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
