Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy advanced machine learning pipelines optimized for the 2026 technology stack and beyond.
- Lead research initiatives focused on Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI evolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI concepts into scalable, production-ready products.
- Establish best practices for model evaluation, monitoring, and governance in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Drive the technical strategy for 2026 compliance and ethical AI implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, AI, or data science roles.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures (Transformers, GNNs, RNNs).
- Experience with MLOps tools, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
