Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and lead the development of core machine learning models and neural networks that align with our five-year strategic vision for 2026.
- Model Deployment: Deploy scalable AI solutions to production environments using MLOps best practices, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Data Strategy: Lead the design of data pipelines and strategies to feed high-quality training data into our proprietary models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on the latest advancements in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing to integrate cutting-edge techniques.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, tune, and optimize model performance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production-level models.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed computing and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: A passion for solving complex, unsolved problems with elegant, scalable code.
