Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural design of proprietary AI models and systems specifically targeting our 2026 product launch goals.
- Model Optimization: Optimize deep learning pipelines for high-scale deployment, ensuring low-latency and high-accuracy inference.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous technical excellence.
- Research & Development: Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of industry trends in Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Infrastructure Scalability: Collaborate with DevOps teams to design resilient, cloud-native AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience building production-level AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of distributed systems, MLOps, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
