Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 roadmap for our core AI infrastructure.
- Develop and fine-tune large-scale language models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer products.
- Conduct research into emerging paradigms such as Neural Architecture Search and Federated Learning.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and ethical AI governance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams or mentoring junior developers.
