In this role, you will define the technical direction for our 2026 product suite, ensuring our solutions are not just advanced today, but future-proof for the years to come. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities directly into our core platform, driving innovation and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of our 2026 AI roadmap, including LLM integration and Generative AI features.
- Optimize deep learning models for production environments, focusing on latency reduction, throughput, and cost efficiency.
- Design and maintain scalable MLOps pipelines using modern CI/CD practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct research into emerging AI technologies to ensure our platform remains ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying production-level machine learning models.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
