Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Define and implement the long-term AI strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models, including Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), to enhance product performance.
- System Optimization: Optimize existing data pipelines and inference engines to ensure sub-millisecond latency and high availability in production environments.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct deep research into emerging AI trends and proprietary algorithms, publishing findings and contributing to open-source communities where applicable.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical training sessions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly features.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
- Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
